What Is Studio Pilates?
Classes are taught in our specially equipped, dedicated Pilates studio either on a one-to-one basis or in very small groups (up to 3) and last 60 minutes. Clients work on specialised apparatus which is used to provide resistance to challenge, as well as to provide support for your body as required.

About Magdalen Hardy
Former professional dancer, choreographer and teacher of classical ballet, contemporary dance and physical theatre, Magdalen now uses her experience and knowledge to help others. Having spent more than 10 years as a Therapeutic and Clinical Pilates Matwork Teacher, Magdalen developed her expertise further by completing a rigorous 2 year training programme to become a Pilates Studio Trainer in 2013.
